1. Create ads that will entice people to navigate to your website. The better your front looks the more chance you will have someone interested in visiting it. If your website doesn't look professional people wont take you seriously and this will result in reduced visitors and sales. 2. Use a small amount of humor in your promotion. It could be the little extra motive a shopper needs to buy the product. People are usually persuaded easier if they're in a happy mood. Affiliate marketing is no different to the life outside, if you are boring and monotone people wont enjoy talking to you and they might even fall asleep! 3. Ask your customers questions that induce thoughts, feelings, memories and emotions that will influence them to buy. Answer any questions they may have and fix their problems. One of the biggest ways to build trust in your customers is to answer all their questions. If you don't know the answer at the time, don't say "I don't know", tell them you'll get back to them with the answer! 4. Tell your buyers what their buddies or family will most likely think when they purchase your service. People care about what other people think of them. They will not buy your product if it has a bad history in the media or on the internet because believe it or not, people do actually read reviews before they obtain a product. 5. Use blue, underlined text links. People have been taught that blue, underlined text are links. You don't want to lose customers by using a unsuitable color. Try not to use red, especially when it comes to signing a contract or other special document. Red is perceived as danger or death, something you don't want to be conveying to your customers. 6. Have a go at outsourcing a large amount of your work load to a virtual assistant. You won't have to pay the extra employee costs and you can save precious time. 7. Boost your visitors by holding a free teleclass. You can also point people to your web site for more help. The personal touch is often all it takes to close a transaction. I know many people in online marketing are phone shy! This is perfectly fine, but make sure you keep in constant e-mail contact with your prospects. 8. Create an extra income stream by selling the reprint rights to your web site content. It could be articles, ezines,e-books, reports, etc. You can even give these products away, but make it compulsory to leave your contact information embedded in them! 9. Learn about your challengers by trying their program. You'll find out about their customer service, follow up marketing, up sell offers, etc. If you don't learn about what everyone else is doing, you may miss the opportunity and everyone else will pocket the profit, including your share! 10. Let your consumers assume that you are a massive company. Use expert web design, graphics, content, customer service, etc. It's as easy as that!
