As you go about managing your ideas and business building activities, having power over your emotions is an essential trait. You ought to rule over your emotions whether you're experiencing extreme happiness or extreme sadness; neither emotion will serve you well in business.

-Eat until your full; ignore what your mom used to tell you, and do not be concerned with cleaning off your plate.
-Rather than laughing, just smile.
-Go without a habit for one week: try no coffee, no alcohol, or perhaps no burgers (just to help you practice self-discipline to master the trait of TEMPERANCE).
This week, try some of these exercises to increase your self control and temperance. Self control is a great deal like a muscle of the body, when you use it, it gets stronger and more powerful.
