You can use graphics and colors to advertise your services, make announcements, offer advice, and the list goes on and on. Occasionally, you can even set up contests or ways to earn discounts on your products and/or services. For example, you can do some kind of referral incentive. That way, you will make customers feel like they’re getting a great deal and you will be spreading the word about your business. Don’t worry if your contact list starts out small. Start sending out your e-newsletters even if you only have a couple of people to send to. As your business becomes established, you will build your contact list. Make sure that you don’t send commercial e-mails to anybody who has not signed up to receive information. That annoys and inconveniences people and that’s the last thing that you want to do.
