The answer is actually more simple than it appears. Although most people miss it or don't us it. The real secret is in having a good duplicable system. Let me explain.
To have long lasting success, you must build a motivated team. To build a motivated team, you must have a good duplicable system. A good duplicable system will have three important elements:

A good system must be simple and easy for beginners to learn and get started. New affiliates should be up and running on the internet within 24 hours.
2. Consistent Support
