HoW to Set Up Your WiickEd Wii At home alone with your brand new Nintendo Wii, and you realize that you have no idea how to set it up. Well, have no fear WiiXy’s here. I will walk you through this very easy process. Step Wii 1. WiiXy Says Decide how you want your Nintendo Wii to orient. The Wii can lay one of two ways - horizontally or vertically. When you decide which way to orient your Wii you have to consider your entertainment centre. And what is the best way to lay it out to keep the unit cool. If you decide to place it vertically, you need to place your Wii in the control plate included with the packaging. Step Wii 2. WiiXy Says Plug in your Nintendo Wii into your television and the wall socket. Check to see what type of audio and visual connectors you have on your television. Once you determine which connections are available on your television, set-up your Nintendo Wii by plugging the right cord into the Wii then into the television. Step Wii 3. WiiXy Says Plug adapter into the back of the Wii and then into the wall socket. This will supply your Wii with power. Step Wii 4. WiiXy Says Once the power and television are connected to your Wii, the next step to set-up Nintendo Wii is to plug in the sensor bar. Placed sensor bar in the exact middle of the television, as the controllers will align to this. You then need to find a good spot to put the sensor bar so the controllers can properly orient themselves. This bar has infrared light emitters in it that need to be picked up by the controllers, so put it in a spot where there is an unobstructed line of sight between the controllers and the bar. Find the correct jack on the Wii and plug in the cord. Step Wii 5. WiiXy Says The Fun Starts Here…..!
