What is MLM?
The multi-level marketer has a product that they sell. Usually the sales take place on-line. To make money off of this product the marketer must enroll with the company offering the product and becomes a distributor. Once a distributor your goal is not only to sell the product but also convince people to sign up as distributors underneath you. This is called your downline. Therefore, you make money two ways; through direct sales of the product and through indirect sales by distributors in your downline.
Making Money in MLM
In MLM, your income is dependent on the prospects that have signed up under you. It is up to you to recruit these individuals. First you must turn them on to your product and then convince them to become a distributor. Many MLM companies with provide you methods of recruiting prospects with promises of a large income. While some do stick to their compensation promises, oftentimes the distributor ends up with very little income from the parent company. Another problem is that the products are often many times more expensive than similar products found in local stores. This is to account for the compensation plan of the MLM program.
What is Cash Gifting?
Cash Gifting requires no product. All it involves is generosity and charity. You just must be willing to give money and you will get money in return. This type of practice has been going on for ages and only now, with the advent of the Internet has it been turned into an income producing opportunity.
Making Money with Cash Gifting
All you do is send out cash to people in the network. They, in turn, will send cash to you. And as a nice side effect, there are no taxes to pay on this income. It is an opportunity to give and receive with other individuals.
One of the other advantages of Cash Gifting is the ability to advertise this practice without the use of a computer. Therefore, those with little computer skill can participate. You do not have to pay for expensive advertising tools and sales lead lists. Nor do you have to have skills in computer programming and marketing. You simply receive encouragement and support from the one whom informed you of this opportunity. They will show you how to proceed with whatever level of technology you feel comfortable using. In addition, unlike many MLM companies there are no yearly dues or monthly fees.
MLM and Cash Gifting are quite different in their approaches and techniques of making money. By understanding the aspects of each trade you can now make a more informed decision as to which moneymaking opportunity will work best for you.
