Steven Jobs, in his 2008 Apple keynote address, said that "what people want is movies, movies, movies". Read the comments and look for any flags to determine the quality of the file you want. These sites have a "download torrent" button that will kick of the process. It will give you a choice of which application to use to obtain it with. Choose the application and the file transfer should start automatically.
