If this is the case and the company that you work for is giving you a software testing education on their dime, you should by all means jump on it and take that course. You are going to need to know what all it takes in order to work in a software testing department, and you will learn it all in a course such as this. Whether it is given by a company or not.
Anyone can go and take a software testing course. All you need is the determination to learn and persistence to keep at it no matter what is thrown your way. You will end up with a software testing certificate in no time and be able to land that great job that you want. Some of the major companies that produce software are always looking for testers to make sure that the software is working properly. Getting a job with them in the testing department will require that you know what you are doing first and foremost.

Whichever they choose, it is the company’s discretion and totally up to them as they are paying your paycheck.
